Fred Kendall founded KMS in 2008. Fred has over 33
years in the Building Products Industry . He has
an M.B.A. with concentration of studies in
Marketing and also had been professionally
recognized as a Certified Practitioner in
Production and Inventory Management (C.P.I.M.) for
over 20 years. He has held significant management
positions in Materials & Distribution, Marketing and
Sales with both manufactures and distributors including
Abitibi, The Empire Company, Lumbermen's,
Architectural Ornament and Chemcrest.
Ron Hingst (Public Relations/Advertising) has more
than 37 years experience in public relations driven
marketing communication solutions for clients in a
number of industries including manufacturing and
building products retailing. Ron was National Director of
Public Relations for Domino Pizza in the 80's. His
responsibilities included all internal and external
communications for 1000 franchisees and 100,000
employees. In 1990 Ron founded PR Services Inc. in
Ann Arbor, Michigan. His clients have included Abitibi-
Price, Wolohan Lumber and Guenther Building Product
Steve Lonsway (Sales) has more than 20 years
experience in Building Products. Steve has an M.B.A.
along with significant sales and sales management
experience with The Empire Company, 84 Lumber,
Handy Andy, and O'Connor and Associates, where he is
Vice President of Sales.
Michael Vipiani (Sales) brings over 35 years
of experience and accomplishment to the Building
Products Industry. He has led several nationally-known
manufacturers in his capacity as VP of Sales &
Marketing. Mike founded his own agency in 1991,
representing building manufacturers and serving all
of the major dealers in the Mid Atlantic Region. He
has an MBA from the Wharton School and is recognized
for his ability to design and implement programs
designed specifically for his dealer customers.
